What does the phrase no win no fee mean? What are the conditions that such situation entail?
This phrase refers to a service between a client and a lawyer. In such agreement, the compensation for the services of a lawyer is dependent on the outcome of the case. For instance, if the case is lost, the client will not be charged a single cent.
